Unit Description
The Series 75 line of of counter-flow heat exchangers consists of modules in increment of 2000 CFM from 4000 CFM to 12,000 CFM.
The Series 75 is designed to be a service module, with removable panels that completely expose the exhaust side of the heat-exchanger matrix for inspection and cleaning. The Series 75 easily accommodates traversing defrost and traversing water-wash systems.
Series 75 modules can be field-arranged to accommodate larger CFM applications.
The heat-transfer matrix consists of formed and folded 8-mil thick aluminum with truncated dimples formed into the plates to effect plate spacing that can be varied separately for each flow stream from. Variable plate spacing allows maximum performance for each application.
The ends are sealed with refractory cement, to create a heat exchanger with virtually no air leakage between air streams.
Series 75 heat-exchangers have high sensible efficiency, low maintenance, low cost, and good serviceability.
